Bagua Yin: is a  foundation practice that works with  fundamental principles of energetic reality. This is a form of  Tai Chi that opens to the understanding of the primordial flow of yin energy. Yin energy helps to cool and ground us in a state of calmness. The Yin form produces the light consciousness of the moon in balance with the 5 elements. This practice is for the advanced student.

Fu Tai Chi Program

with Francoise Denise Richard

Fu Tai Chi holds a unique place among Tai Chi Traditions. It offers the Golden form; a primary teaching on how to cultivate energy and consciousness. This primary practice is very simple and includes only 7 moves. The 24 Universal Form is a strong base of teaching that opens the body to the flow of power.  As a foundation for Tai Chi practice the Fu style emphasizes cultivation of energy in the plexus. This teaching sets a strong grounding for building Chi as a first step in the play with light. The movement of Chi through the waist helps to clear and open awareness of energy.  The strong base of technique makes it easy to observe and engage the greater field of Chi from the surrounding environment.
